What data we process and why

Quote requests. Name, municipality or postcode, service requested, description of the item, message, contact method and contact details (phone or email) and, if you attach them, photos of the item. Purpose: to assess your request, confirm coverage and the quote and, if you accept, provide the service. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Care tips. Only if you tick the optional box. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Security and measurement. We record usage events in aggregate (for example, number of requests per page) without identifying you, and we keep a hash of the IP address alongside the request to prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Photos

Photos are stored in a private area, reduced in size and stripped of metadata (EXIF). They are never published without your express written permission.

Recipients

Your data is handled by the team that provides the service. If request notifications are set up through an email or customer-management provider, it will act as a processor under contract. We do not sell or pass on data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for a maximum of 365 days from the last communication, unless a contractual relationship requires keeping them longer. Photos are deleted after 90 days unless the service is booked.

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing and request portability by writing to . You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
