Caring for a mattress depends on its material and the stains present. We review your case, tell you what results are reasonable to expect and clean at your home without anything needing to be moved.
We make no health claims: we clean visible dirt, marks from use and stains compatible with the material; we don't promise "total disinfection" or mite removal.

Frequently asked questions
Do you clean urine or sweat stains from mattresses?
Fresh urine stains and sweat marks usually improve with pre-treatment and extraction. Old ones may have altered the fabric; we tell you after seeing the photos.
Do you remove mites or disinfect the mattress?
We don't make that claim. We clean dirt, dust and compatible stains; we don't offer sanitising treatments or guarantee results regarding mites or allergies.
Can I sleep on the mattress the same night?
It depends on the material and ventilation. In many cases it's best to wait until it feels completely dry; we tell you when we finish.
Do you clean memory-foam mattresses?
With limits: vacuuming and very light surface treatment, without introducing water into the core. A removable cover is treated according to its label.
